Easy and Tasty Lasagna Rolls

I love Italian food! Lasagna is one of my Favorites..  Here's and easy and effective way to portion out the servings.. 
Introducing, Lasagna Rolls!!!
I found the recipe from, "How Jen Does It" on YouTube but you know me, I had to modify it just a bit to satisfy my family's love for meat.. 


Ingredients: Lasagna Pasta Sauce Pizza Blend Cheese Ricotta Frozen Spinach Cottage Cheese (optional)  Parmesan Cheese Ground Meat Italian Seasoning Salt and Pepper


Combine cheese's and seasonings


Thaw and warm spinach 

Combine both.. Now put to the side..

Now for the Meat Sauce..

Saute' an Onion, 4 Garlic Cloves and Red Pepper in Ground Meat that's been cooked and drained.. Cook for about 10 mins.

In a throw away pan, spread 1/2 of meat sauce at the bottom of pan..

Cook lasagna as directed on package.  When ready...
Take one lasagna noodle out, spread cheese\spinach filling on it and roll lasagna up. 

Place roll on top of Meat Sauce..

Bloomin Garlicky Onion Bread!!!

I hope you brought in the New Year surround by the people you love.
My 1st post of 2015 has got to be this delicious appetizer called Bloomin' Onion Bread.  I was strolling through Pinterest and this looked soo good, I had to try it.  I goggled it and this recipe can up. http://www.thecookingjar.com/bloomin-onion-bread/ I didn't follow the directions entirely, I'll elaborate a little later.

It's not very nutritious but damn it's delicious.  I made it for Family Movie Night and they went crazy for it..  Try it and you'll find out..

All you need is 5 easy ingredients. Long Green Onions Monterey Jack Cheese 1/2 cup of Butter or Margarine 3 Cloves of Garlic (minced) (optional)



And last but not least a Sour Dough Roll uncut.. 
First, you're going to cut the sour dough roll width-wise and lengthwise, making sure you don't cut through the bottom of the roll.
